My Sun Gazing Experience and Testimonies

After some time of sun gazing, I now feel my third eye or pineal gland shaking intensely, I have never been sick or even got a cold for many years, I become more focused and I am in ecstatic mood for most of the time.

Many people said that sungazing improves their vision, cure many diseases or help them be able to go without food after a 9 month sun gazing process is complete. HRM claimed Sun-gazing can even help to activate the third eye and therefore it can awaken dormant talents within you. HRM himself has undergone a 411 day test without eating anything.

It was amazing that due to my meditation for over 12 years that I could look at the Sun up to 2 hours on some days and my eyes still didn’t hurt, because it is recommended that we should start from 10 seconds of sun-gazing and increase 10 more seconds everyday until we reach 45 minutes of sun gazing, which takes 9 months and we should sungaze at safe hours when the UV index is below 1, meaning 1 hour after sunrise and 1 hour before sunset. That’s why I found out that if your vibration is high enough, you can look at the sun throughout the day and as long as you like.

Cultures like Tibetian, Aztec, Egyptian, Mayan and Indian Yoga have reported not only healing benefits of Sungazing to physical illnesses, but achieving super-human abilities such as telephathy and living only on the Sun, without food.

How to do sun-gazing

WARNING: Sun-gazing can be harmful if not done carefuly. If you are not comfortable or feeling pain, stop immediately.

  • Sun-gazing is done during safe hours of low sunshine intensity – usually during 1 hour after the sunrise or before the sunrise. Beginners should sun-gaze when the UV index is absolutely zero (when the sun is orange or red).

  • stay barefooted on bare (i.e. no grass, etc…) earth

  • start with 10 seconds the first day, then gradually increase the time by 10s everyday until you reach 45 minutes (takes 9 months), then revert to 15m daily

  • After 9 months of practice, you only need to walk Barefoot on warm earth (when UV index is between 2 and 5)  for 45 minutes each day, 6 days in a row to further the process and drinking sun-charged water.

The sun is the best source of stimulating the production of vitamin D which is a vital nutrient in the body. But there is another way in which the sun heals and boosts immunity. That way is through something called the “Oculo-Endocrine System”.

By seven and a half months of looking at the sun (about 35 minutes), desire for food subsides.  According to sun-gazing experts, food is not a necessity to maintain the body, only energy is. In fact, you are indirectly getting the sun energy from food, which is a by-product of sun energy.

As you consume the orginal form of food, by 9 months (44 minutes), all mechanisms associated with hunger including aroma, hunger pains and cravings disappear.  Those who make it this far say that they experience a noticeable ’change’ in the way their brain feels – like it’s “charged up.”

After 9 months of sun-gazing

It is advised that you give up sun-gazing for the sake of eye care and redirect your attention now to the Earth.

But according to many experts, you should use your intuition to judge whether or not to gaze at the sun for the maximum of 15 mins.

Walk 45 minutes daily for a total of 6 days in a week for one year and food will continue to be away from you. After one year of recharging, if you feel satisfied you can give up barefoot walking.

Just Few minutes of Sun light falling on you once in 3-4 day will be enough from then on.
