This article is being offered to you by my and my husband’s experiences, not theory from books. We have gained lots of achievements by becoming younger and more vibrant and now we’d love to share all the secrets with you.
1. Say affirmations
100 trillion cells in your body always listen to your comments. Imagine you have better health everyday, say “I am younger and younger everyday”, “I am beautiful inside out”, “i have radient health”.
2. Be grateful to your health
Gratitude is a multiplier and the purest prayer. Imagine and feel that you already have great health. Say thanks for your health everyday.
3. Have more joy
Laugh more, play more and create arts more.
In the book “The Secret” Rhonda Byrne wrote about a woman who was recovered from cancer by laughing when she watched lots of comedies and telling herself that she had great health.
In our daily life, I and my husband, Martin love to laugh at anything, we told silly jokes and stories and laughed, sometimes we laughed for no reason just to feel good, our lives are filled with more miracles everyday. We become younger and full of energy everyday. We sleep only 4 hours and still feel great all the time.
Laughter is the key to thriving, health, youth, contentment and wisdom.
4. Fill your lung with more oxygen
Breathe deeply, do pushups, do yoga, massage yourself, move and stretch your body often.
Some days when i first woke up at 5 a.m, i felt headache, tired and sleepy for whole days. But i was determined not to go to sleep again because i knew the secret to feel good all the time, so i took more deep breaths, did more pushups and stretched my body more, i felt energetic right away after some minutes.
I and Martin usually massage each other, somtimes we use hands, sometimes chopticks and sometimes coins for the massages and we are mesmorized by the feelings during the massages.
5. Feel the magic of the nature
Spend more time walking in the forest, breathe deeply because oxygen is the source of our infinite youth and energy.
When we walked up to the hill, Martin asked me whether i felt tired, i said “No”, and he asked me “why”, i said “It’s a secret. Give me 1.000 korun and i will tell you”. In fact, I had always have my head up during my climbing up to the hill because it helped me to breathe more deeply to fill more oxygen in my body.
After any walk in the forest, we both became bright and vibrant. Our skin is so smooth and beautiful.
6. Consume less meat, fish, diary products and proccessed food, sugar, salt and oil
I have been a vegetarian for more than 12 years and was always in perfect health. I almost had no cold or flu ever, i even become younger and healthier everyday.

Animal-based, proccessed food, sugar, magnesium and sodium salts are heart stimulants and do increase your heart rate and can trigger atrial fibrillation and other heart problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke and diabetes.

7. Eat raw food before eating cooked food, eat less cooked food
For about two years, I have eaten more raw food and smoothies. I never took a nap or felt tired during the day. Raw food diet makes me fairer and younger and have more energy everyday.
Fruit and vegetables are magical. Raw food gives you lots of vitamins, fiber, enzymes and minerals that will increase healthy skin, energy and heighten detoxification. But all of the benefits can only be achieved if you eat raw food on an empty stomach.
Why? Because fruit is digested every quickly. If you eat raw food after a big meal when your body is busy digesting the meal, the raw food will seat on top of it, rot and ferment. It will then become acidic and create a whole host of problems such as heartburn, burping, indigestion or other digestive discomforts. If you eat some hard-to-digest food – this can stay in your digestive system for up to two or three days. Ah!
Most of nutrients and enzymes in cooked food are evaporated during the cooking process. Your body has to work more to produce enzymes for the digestion process which put more burdens to your body. That’s why we easily get old and sick.

8. Detox your body periodically by virgin coconut oil, water, juices, fruits, drinking water in the morning before brushing your teeth.
9. Stay away from the negative to be young
Violent movies, criticizing, bad posts on news or tv can make you worry for nothing. They will worsen your situation everyday. Stay positive by reading, watching and listening to good stuff about heroes, touching, inspirational stories or great causes in society.
10. Exposing yourself to the Sun or meditate or meditate under the Sun will increase the light percentage in your cells.
Trillions of cells in your body hold the potential of perfect health, happiness, spiritual destiny and physical and psychic gifts. However, they must be deeply relaxed to enable your True Self to emmerge.
